ISE 2025: Qbic’s Must-See Moments and Product Reveals

The Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025 exhibition has drawn to a close, and what an incredible showcase it was for Qbic Technology! Our booth buzzed with activity as we demonstrated how our solutions are addressing the evolving needs of modern workplaces.

From new product launches to collaborative demonstrations with our partners, ISE 2025 provided the perfect platform to highlight our commitment to secure collaboration and innovation in space management and smart office solutions.

TDD-1000 BookBuddy Connect: Innovation Meets Collaboration

Qbic’s TDD-1000 BookBuddy Connect Desk Booking Docking Station stole the show at ISE 2025. Offered in both wireless charging and NFC/RFID versions, BookBuddy Connect addresses the diverse needs of modern workplaces, prioritizing both seamless user experience and robust security.

With the rise of hybrid work, return-to-office mandates, and the growing Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) / Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) trends seen at ISE this year, BookBuddy Connect offers the flexible and secure connectivity today’s workforce needs. Its intuitive interface and robust security features empower seamless collaboration, regardless of device, making it easy for employees to bring their own devices and meetings to any workspace.

Workspace Management Solutions on Display

Our booth also featured the recently launched TD-1070 Lite Space Management and Digital Signage Panel alongside the iF Design award-winning TD-0360 BookBuddy Desk Booking Panel.

These solutions, along with our established product lineup—including the premium TD-1070, the sleek TD-1060 Slim, our sustainable ePaper solutions (EP-0400 and EP-0700), digital signage players FHD-200 and the new BXP-350 with 8K support. Beyond the workplace, Qbic also offers the KNX-compatible Helinx 8 for smart home automation, demonstrating its broader vision for connected environments.

Collaborative Excellence: Partner Showcases

We continued our strong tradition of collaboration, partnering with Door TabletFischer & Kerrn, and SharingCloud (acquired by Witco). These strategic alliances are fundamental to our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions tailored to the diverse needs of modern businesses.

The Qbic Demo Island showcased how Qbic’s Fortify+ cybersecurity solution and hardware integrate with leading platforms, including Appspace, RICOH Spaces, Spantrek, and TEOS Solutions. Visitors witnessed firsthand how our combined solutions streamline and secure everything from meeting room booking and desk reservations to visitor management.

As our CEO, Primo Shao, aptly put it: “In today’s evolving workplace, security and collaboration must work as one. At ISE 2025, we’re showcasing the innovations making this possible.”
